TENANT SELECTION

​As an owner you or your property manager are responsible for good tenant selection and ensuring they understand their behavioural expectations whilst they are living in Piermont. You must also ensure that your tenants are provided with a copy of the Piermont Operational Rules and the Practical Guidelines for Piermont tenants document.
